André and Everaldo were discussing about the use of gradients, gaussian blurs, and stuff alike. The point was, would a mac icon with no gradients or shade effects be still elegant and realistic? André, passionate for vector-based graphics, decided to give it a shot. The kind of game let's-see-what-happens, he started to play with a few icons. Only flat colors and shapes. You know, it's the kind of film to be seen on the big screen. And, despite what great part of the critics have said about the film, overall, we loved it. We've heard that there were too much villains fighting for some screen time, that there were too much coincidences and some unrealistic and obvious moments... but hey, it's not supposed to be super-reallistic, like comics aren't.
